How to prepare
to receive the most from this.
You do not need to prepare intellectually. You only need to prepare the space - inside and outside - so the experience can land fully.
YOUR SPACE
Find somewhere private where you will not be interrupted for the full 60 minutes. Close the door. Tell anyone who needs to know that you are unavailable.
YOUR DEVICE
Use a device with working audio. Headphones are strongly recommended - especially for the guided journey. They deepen the experience significantly.
YOUR BODY
Come comfortable. Have water nearby. For the guided journey you will want to be able to close your eyes and be completely still - so settle in before we begin.
YOUR MIND
You do not need to arrive with answers or clarity. Come with honesty. The only preparation this session asks of you is a willingness to be real about where you are.

I have been building toward this session for longer than I realised.
I spent nearly twenty years in finance and accounting - trained to find the exact place where the books do not balance, where the true picture is being obscured by what is on the surface.
